CLIMATE

Mauritius enjoys a year round relatively mild tropical climate. Located in the southern hemisphere, the summer and winter months are opposite to seasons in Europe. Average coastal temperatures are 23 -30 degrees. Winter (May-October) is warm and dry while summer (November-April) is hot, humid and more rainy.
